  • New Jersey on April 21, 2021 reported a significant increase in its 7-day moving average for test positivity rate from 7.4% to 14.2%. The spike occurred today because 171,959 cases that were reported on April 13 fell out of the week-long period used to calculate the 7-day moving average.
